Description

You will act as a Level 3 expert managing device platforms and mobility services within Technical Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the entire ecosystem of mobility-related services, including monitoring and system maintenance.
• Execute the transition of mobile users from MobileIron to Intune device management.
• Own the administration of mobility tools, including M365 admin portal, MobileIron admin portal, identity management, and automation systems.
• Manage complex integrations between mobility platforms and email, messaging, network, security, and identity authentication systems.
• Support the separation management office to ensure seamless transitions to the Aerospace platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience working with mobility platforms.
• Expertise in iOS and Android operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with MobileIron MDM.
• Hands-on experience with Intune MDM.
• Experience managing M365 admin portals.
• Knowledge of identity management and delegated administration tools.
• Experience with enterprise-grade mobility platform integrations.
