Description

You will manage and troubleshoot complex Microsoft Active Directory environments and hybrid identity infrastructures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-premises Active Directory, including Group Policy Objects, replication, Sites and Services, and Organizational Units.
• Implement and maintain Role Based Access Control (RBAC), AD-integrated DNS, certificate management, and CRLs.
• Lead project investigations to define technical requirements, timelines, and change controls.
• Drive RCA for critical tickets and maintain KB documentation.
• Communicate project status and service risks to client and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5-9 years of experience managing Microsoft Active Directory in on-premises and hybrid environments.
• Deep expertise in AD replication, Sites and Services, and GPO management.
• Hands-on experience with AD-integrated DNS, including records and zones.
• Proficiency with Azure AD Connect / Entra ID Connect for hybrid identity.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills for complex identity and access management issues.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL processes, including lifecycle management and ITSM.
• Experience with certificate management and CRLs.
• Ability to analyze projects to derive technical requirements and effort estimates.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Identity Management (MIM).
• Knowledge of server requirements and management.
