Description

Lead the enhancement of user identity and authentication workflows within the Member Resource Center portal.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement B2C mechanics to streamline user onboarding, registration, and password management.
• Develop and integrate one-click, perpetual authentication processes to improve user experience.
• Enhance the existing identity component to simplify how users authenticate with the portal.
• Manage identity integrations between existing vendors and the Azure B2C framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in identity management or authentication systems.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure B2C.
• Hands-on experience configuring Azure B2C user flows and custom policies.
• Basic programming proficiency to support identity component enhancements.
• Experience working with user identity lifecycle management, including registration and ID verification.
• Ability to integrate third-party vendor identity solutions with Azure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience optimizing identity workflows for high-traffic consumer portals.
