Description

Design and implement scalable, resilient multi-site cloud architectures on Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing system architectures to identify refactoring, reuse, and platforming opportunities.
• Own technical customer engagements, including developing architectural designs for specific projects, Proofs of Concepts, and contract bid responses.
• Establish and enforce quality standards for cloud software architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams during the implementation of established designs.
• Mentor architects and developers to ensure adherence to architecture and requirement best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, implementation, or support of highly distributed applications.
• 5+ years of experience in consultative or complex technical sales and deployment projects.
• 2+ years of experience migrating on-premise workloads to the cloud.
• 3+ years of senior-level support with cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in Azure architecture, design patterns, Domain Driven Design, and microservices.
• Proficiency with Azure native services: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Cosmos DB, and Azure SQL.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles, OOP, and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, TFS, VSTS, JIRA, GitHub, or Jenkins.
• Experience with C#, .NET, and .NET Core.

Preferred Skills

• Azure certifications: AZ-203, AZ-204, AZ-303, or AZ-304.
