Description

Manage and implement applications and infrastructure within Microsoft Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer Azure Virtual Desktops (AVDs), including host pools, images, and scaling workloads.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or Azure Resource Manager.
• Automate resource deployment and management using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, or Azure CLI.
• Set up Azure CI/CD pipelines for application deployments, including Microsoft Dynamics, SAP S/4 Hana, and high-volume image processing apps.
• Monitor resource health and security using Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics to identify bottlenecks and optimize costs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as an Azure Engineer (10+ years preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Proficiency in configuring Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, and Azure SQL.
• Experience setting up and maintaining Azure Active Directory with federated access integration.
• Proven track record of setting up CI/CD pipelines for multiple application deployments.
• Experience with Linux server administration and maintenance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and documentation.
• Knowledge of implementing security best practices, vulnerability scanning, and remediation.
