Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI applications on Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy solutions using Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Search, and Azure Language Services.
• Develop conversational AI agents using Microsoft Bot Framework, Power Virtual Agents, or Copilot Studio.
• Implement vectorization, embeddings, and semantic indexing for AI search capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and enforce development best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS, including API Management, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Azure-based LLMs, embeddings, and vector-based search.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Visual Studio Code, and Azure AI Studio.
• Experience building APIs, Function Apps, and Logic Apps using Agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding of software testing, quality assurance, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with SQL Server and Cosmos DB database technologies.
• Knowledge of industry standards for application development and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with other vector databases, Knowledge Graphs, or C#.
• Experience with additional Azure AI services like Video Indexer, Computer Vision, or Document Intelligence.
