You will transform complex data into actionable Power BI dashboards and dynamic models for a portfolio of over 70 projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and visualize data to drive strategic decision-making across the project portfolio.
• Design and develop dashboards that translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and execute data models for portfolio management that adapt to evolving requirements.
• Apply ETL techniques to structure, transform, and prepare data for visualization.
• Analyze data organization to improve storytelling and insight accuracy.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Power BI with a focus on data visualization.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong ETL techniques and experience in data transformation.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and basic SQL scripting.
• Ability to use creative resources like ChatGPT, Reddit, or networking to solve complex problems.
• Strong communication skills to present recommendations and ask meaningful questions.
• Proven ability to convert business context into effective technical models.

Preferred Skills

• Experience incorporating predictive or generative capabilities into data analysis.
• Familiarity with portfolio management and strategic visualization approaches.
