Lead cloud modernization by deploying and governing Microsoft 365 services, security frameworks, and identity management solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory synchronization, and Intune for full MDM/MAM lifecycle management.
• Deploy and govern Zero Trust security controls, including MFA, Conditional Access, DLP policies, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
• Lead migration, permissions modeling, and governance for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
• Translate technical roadmaps and project milestones into clear, visual presentations for non-technical executive leadership.
• Execute enterprise-wide change management, including training roadshows, documentation, and end-user readiness assessments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT engineering or architecture experience.
• 4+ years focused on Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
• Deep proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID, AD Connect, and IAM concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune MDM/MAM deployment.
• Expertise in Zero Trust design, including Conditional Access, DLP, and MFA.
• Experience managing SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive governance.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality executive communications and technical briefings.
• Experience coordinating with vendors to validate technical deliverables against architecture standards.
