You will design, implement, and govern Microsoft 365 cloud solutions aligned with strategic IT objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 cloud solutions to meet strategic IT goals.
• Manage Zero Trust security by implementing MFA, Conditional Access, and DLP policies.
• Govern SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive environments.
• Create and maintain technical roadmaps, timelines, and milestone charts for cloud modernization projects.
• Lead organizational change initiatives focusing on user adoption and communication planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture or related roles.
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, AD Connect, and IAM concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune MDM/MAM.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive governance.
• Implementation of Conditional Access, DLP, MFA, and Zero Trust design.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
• Strong background in change management and communication execution.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
