You will design and implement Microsoft 365 cloud solutions aligned with strategic IT goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft 365 cloud solutions leveraging Microsoft Entra ID, AD Connect, and IAM concepts.
• Govern SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive environments.
• Implement and manage MFA, Conditional Access, and DLP policies within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Lead organizational change initiatives focusing on user adoption and communication planning.
• Create and maintain technical roadmaps, timelines, and milestone charts for cloud modernization projects.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure or cloud architecture.
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Hands-on experience with AD Connect for identity synchronization.
• Experience governing SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Proficiency in designing Conditional Access, DLP, MFA, and Zero Trust architectures.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
• Any Graduate degree.
