You will design, implement, and govern Microsoft cloud environments while aligning technical roadmaps with organizational strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory synchronization, and Intune for full MDM/MAM lifecycle management.
• Lead the deployment of Zero Trust security controls, including MFA, Conditional Access, DLP policies, and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
• Manage SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams migrations, permissions models, and governance frameworks.
• Translate technical architectures into visual roadmaps, dashboards, and briefings for executive leadership.
• Perform root cause analysis and optimize cloud systems to ensure alignment with architectural standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT engineering or architecture experience.
• 4+ years focused on Microsoft 365, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, AD Connect, and IAM concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune MDM/MAM.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive governance.
• Technical knowledge of Conditional Access, DLP, MFA, and Zero Trust design.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 policy tuning and threat mitigation.
• Proven ability to develop executive briefings and project roadmaps.

Preferred Skills

• Skill in creating technical runbooks, SOPs, and end-user training materials.
