You will design, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions and enterprise identity services.

There is no work mode line because all work mode flags are 0.

Responsibilities

• Design M365 architectures and execute migrations for email, calendar, and collaboration services.
• Mitigate security vulnerabilities and ensure configurations align with industry best practices and STIGs.
• Write complex PowerShell scripts to automate application administration and maintain engineering documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the M365 suite and provide root cause analysis for outages.
• Manage workstation deployment systems and provide guidance on end-user device imaging.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Advanced knowledge of Entra ID, ADFS, and Microsoft 365 authentication methods.
• Strong proficiency in advanced PowerShell scripting.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL databases.
• Experience performing Microsoft 365 data and service migrations.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, SCCM, and Windows Server.
• Experience working in multi-platform environments including Mac.
• Ability to maintain NIST procedures and participate in Disaster Recovery planning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Purview and Defender platforms (DLP, eDiscovery, Defender for Endpoint).
• Migration experience from legacy file servers or Confluence to SharePoint Online.
• Administration of Windows, Mac, and iOS endpoints using MECM or Microsoft Intune.
