Description

You will lead complex Microsoft ecosystem migrations and identity management projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute large-scale Active Directory mega migrations and Azure AD implementations.
• Manage Exchange Online migration projects from on-prem, Gmail, Lotus Notes, and IMAP environments.
• Implement identity and access management solutions including ADFS, SAML, SSO, and MFA.
• Perform Windows Server migrations across 2012, 2016, and 2019 versions.
• Consult on Microsoft Intune and Autopilot projects including security benchmark implementations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT consultancy experience with 5+ years in Modern Workplace.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, and DFS file systems.
• Deep knowledge of Windows clustering technologies.
• Experience with workload migration tools for P2V, V2V, and X2C.
• Proficiency in IAM technologies, ADFS, and SAML.
• Microsoft M365 Enterprise Administrator certification.
• Cloud certification in Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell, SQL, VB, and Batch.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with VMware Horizon, Microsoft Virtual Desktop, Hyper-V, or Citrix.
• Knowledge of Dell PowerEdge, VxRail (HCI), and Azure Arc.
