Description

Key Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
· Configure and customize Microsoft 365 Copilot for business use cases.
· Build conversational AI solutions and enterprise copilots.
· Develop integrations with enterprise applications using Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs.
· Create and maintain Power Platform solutions including:
o Power Apps
o Power Automate
o Power Pages
· Develop custom connectors, plugins, and workflows.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define AI use cases.
· Troubleshoot and optimize Copilot applications for performance and usability.
· Follow security, governance, and compliance best practices within Microsoft environments.
· Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical design discussions.

Required Skills

Technical Skills
· 6+ years of overall software development experience.
· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
· Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot customization and implementation.
· Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
· Experience with Microsoft Graph API integration.
· Understanding of Azure OpenAI Services and Generative AI concepts.
· Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
· Proficiency in at least one programming language:
o C#
o .NET
o JavaScript / TypeScript
o Python
· Understanding of Prompt Engineering and AI-assisted application development.
· Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.

Preferred Skills
· Experience with Azure AI Services.
· Knowledge of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
· Experience with Azure AI Search.
· Exposure to chatbot or virtual assistant development.
· Understanding of Microsoft security and governance frameworks.
· Experience working on AI transformation initiatives.

Educational Qualification
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
