You will perform rigorous testing and validation for large-scale integrated tolling back-office operations.
Responsibilities
Create, execute, and document test plans and scripts within the ADO system.
Test all system modules including Account Management, Case Management, Payments, Dispute Management, Dunning and Collections, Correspondence, and Invoicing.
Review test scripts provided by vendors and conduct system stress testing to identify potential issues.
Capture and maintain data, running reports to implement optimizations from an omnichannel customer perspective.
Collaborate with the QC Lead to ensure quality control across the implementation.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience testing CRM Microsoft D365 for enterprise-level implementations involving microtransactions.
5+ years of experience testing entity customization, form design, views, business process flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, workflows, and business process rules.
Hands-on testing experience specifically for a tolling back-office system.
5+ years of experience with large-scale integrated solutions for tolling back-office operations.
Proficiency in debugging issues using stack traces, Logic App log failures, and plugin profilers.
Experience developing and executing system testing scripts for overall system implementations.
Competency in ADO, System Testing, Test Planning, and Test Scripts.
