Description

You will configure and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM solutions within an Agile framework. You collaborate with technical leads and architects to implement defined solutions and ensure seamless integration with Contact Center applications, SAP, and payment gateways. Your work includes supporting functional requirements, optimizing system performance, and providing ongoing support. You also assist in defining training programs to drive user adoption and effective change management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop Dynamics 365 CE applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical leads and architects to implement solutions defined in the Agile backlog.
• Support the definition and integration of Dynamics 365 CE with Contact Center apps, portals, SAP, and payment gateways.
• Provide ongoing support, optimization, and improvements for system functionality and user experience.
• Assist in developing training programs and promoting user adoption through change management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years’ experience in developing and configuring business applications within the MS Dynamics 365 CE CRM landscape.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE capabilities, including customization, configuration, and user management.
• Strong knowledge of Contact Center applications, such as Telephony and IVR-based solutions.
• Experience with self-service web portals and native mobile applications.
• Familiarity with integrating Dynamics 365 CE with back-office systems (e.g., ERP) and payment gateways.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE functionalities.
