Description

You will design, configure, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, detailed user stories translating business needs for offshore development teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements through client discussions.
  • Present solutions and facilitate feedback sessions with client personnel.
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers on solution delivery.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for requirements, configurations, and workflows.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Functional configuration experience within Dynamics.
  • Experience configuring workflows, entities, forms, and dashboards in D365 CRM.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Strong ability to write structured user stories.
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics.
