Description

You will lead the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules to deliver practical business solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and test core D365/AX FIN modules including GL, AR, AP, Cash and Bank, Fixed Assets, Budget, and Inventory costing.
  • Lead full lifecycle implementations, including phased cutover planning and data migration from DAX 2009 to D365 FO.
  • Convert business requirements into functional specifications, design documents, and business process discovery documents.
  • Drive Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions and system walkthroughs to demonstrate standard out-of-the-box capabilities.
  • Act as the primary client liaison to manage expectations, conduct gap analysis, and provide pre- and post-go-live support.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience implementing Microsoft D365 FO or AX2012.
  • Proven track record of completing two or more full lifecycle D365 FO implementations.
  • Deep expertise in the D365 FO FIN module, specifically regarding financial reporting, reconciliation, and period closures.
  • Experience managing data migrations from DAX 2009 to D365 FO.
  • Ability to create user manuals, training documentation, and detailed functional design documents.
  • Strong capability in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and business process discovery.
  • Experience working within an onsite-offshore global delivery model.
  • Ability to travel or relocate to client offices as required.

Preferred Skills

  • CPA certification.
