Description

You will deliver Tier 2 application support and provide technical analysis for changes to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot applications and software for internal customers across operations and development.
• Map functional requirements to technical requirements for all implemented changes.
• Prioritize, schedule, and administer enhancement and defect resolution instances.
• Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to validate issue resolution.
• Ensure all supporting documentation and knowledge transfer for supported applications are maintained and updated.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience supporting enterprise financial/ERP systems, specifically Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations.
• Proven experience applying troubleshooting principles and issue resolution techniques.
• Knowledge of SQL and database queries.
• Baseline understanding of accounting concepts (AR/AP/GL) and ERP concepts (inventory/sales).
• Experience utilizing enterprise ITSM/ticketing tools.
• Ability to analyze problems and absorb new technical concepts quickly.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills for stakeholder updates.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
