Description

You will design and implement business solutions using Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis between current processes and desired future states.
• Manage Hyper Care incident processes to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
• Coordinate with developers, testers, and product owners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create project documentation, including process flows, user stories, and system testing results.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.
• Proven experience in Hyper Care incident management.
• Strong proficiency in Data Analysis.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
• Experience with Sales and Field Service modules.
