Description

You will act as the technical and functional subject matter expert for Microsoft D365 Retail POS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and vendor proposals to ensure alignment with technical capabilities.
• Review D365 designs to ensure the delivery of appropriate functional and technical solutions.
• Manage D365 system administrator roles and permissions.
• Coordinate with vendors to monitor and manage D365 system jobs and logs.
• Oversee solution deployment and support future enhancement projects.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in D365 environments.
• Deep technical and functional knowledge of Microsoft D365 Retail POS.
• Experience managing D365 system administration.
• Ability to review and validate technical design documents.
• Experience working with third-party vendors for system monitoring and deployment.
• Degree in any graduate field.
