Description

You will engineer, patch, and troubleshoot Windows server infrastructure, owning the full lifecycle of deployment automation and enterprise support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCCM operations, managing site configurations, distribution points, and client maintenance.
• Develop and maintain application packages and Task Sequences for PXE imaging.
• Manage monthly security patch distribution via SCCM and WSUS across dev/test and production environments.
• Automate systems administration tasks using PowerShell and Batch scripting.
• Resolve complex Tier-3 escalations, including failed update installations and server security vulnerabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Windows engineering and systems administration.
• Expert knowledge of Windows Server OS (W2K12R2, W2K16, W2K19, W2K22).
• Advanced proficiency with SCCM, including site management and distribution points.
• Strong PowerShell and Batch scripting skills for automation and package development.
• Expert knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Experience managing Virtual Hosts and Virtual Servers using VMware.
• Experience with AWS and Azure Cloud environments.
• Ability to perform dual-stack and IPv6-only testing of Windows-based systems.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to remediate server security vulnerabilities and assessment findings.
