You will provide technical support for desktop and network infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
- Perform routine system updates, patching, and upgrades across end-user devices.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Assist in managing and troubleshooting network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor UPS power and cooling units, report alarms, and coordinate vendor maintenance.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in PowerShell for system administration tasks.
- Demonstrated skills in Desktop/workstation/laptop administration and low-level OS troubleshooting.
- Experience configuring networks within a DHCP and DNS environment, including TCP/IP configuration.
- Proficiency with ticket queue systems, such as Service Now.
- Experience with imaging desktop/workstations/laptops.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in an Information Technology field.
