Description

You will provide technical support for desktop and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  • Perform routine system updates, patching, and upgrades across end-user devices.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
  • Assist in managing and troubleshooting network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Monitor UPS power and cooling units, report alarms, and coordinate vendor maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and troubleshooting procedures.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in PowerShell for system administration tasks.
  • Demonstrated skills in Desktop/workstation/laptop administration and low-level OS troubleshooting.
  • Experience configuring networks within a DHCP and DNS environment, including TCP/IP configuration.
  • Proficiency with ticket queue systems, such as Service Now.
  • Experience with imaging desktop/workstations/laptops.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in an Information Technology field.
