Description

Lead mid-sized to enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, customizations, and migrations as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules, and client communications independently.
• Gather and document current and future state business processes to advise on CRM architecture and best practices.
• Write technical specifications for customizations, data migrations, system integrations, and reports.
• Configure and customize the CRM system based on design specifications and coordinate complex development with offshore teams.
• Develop test plans, conduct end-to-end testing, and facilitate training for super users.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in business analysis or project management involving Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service department operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
• Ability to facilitate design review sessions and conduct weekly status meetings with clients.
• Experience writing specifications for data migration and system integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in business or computer science, or a Master's Degree in a related field.
