Description

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and facilitate the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
• Translate functional needs into technical specifications, including system workflows, data models, and user interfaces.
• Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 using out-of-the-box functionalities and identify requirements for custom extensions.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios, scripts, and managing issue resolution.
• Develop training materials and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/ERP solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and Finance and Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process analysis, and system design.
• Experience with Agile or iterative project management methodologies.
• Strong skills in system configuration and UAT execution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• Any Graduate degree.
