Description

You will provide technical support and implementation assistance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environments, focusing on global roll-outs and US regional operations. You will maintain existing implementations, manage data migration, and resolve end-user technical issues while coordinating with project teams to ensure adherence to established policies.

Responsibilities

• Support global roll-outs across multi-site locations with a primary focus on the US region.
• Maintain and support existing Business Central implementations and manage data migration tasks.
• Resolve technical issues raised by end users and troubleshoot system errors.
• Coordinate with the project team to address relevant technical issues and ensure policy compliance.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience working with NAV or Business Central.
• Hands-on experience resolving end-user technical issues.
• Functional expertise in Financial Management, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory modules.
• Extensive knowledge of integrating Dynamics Business Central with external systems.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate ideas into practical solutions.
• Effective communication skills for technical and functional coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing IT systems, business processes, reporting, or IT development.
• Microsoft Certification in MS Dynamics 365.
• Experience within the medical device or retail industries.
