Description

You will provide L2/L3 technical and functional support for Microsoft Dynamics products, managing complex customer issues through investigation, reproduction, and resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own and investigate complex technical and functional customer issues to provide effective workarounds or resolutions.
• Define customer problems by creating accurate reproduction scenarios.
• Drive communication with corporate customers to ensure confidence in problem resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-group peers to resolve cases and produce quality technical documentation.
• Take technical or functional leadership within specific product areas or business processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical/Functional Consultant or Engineer.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O, including technical engineering or functional consulting.
• Proficiency in X++ and .NET development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Queries and Data Migration.
• Experience with customization, configuration, and Power Platform integration.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud services and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Relevant Microsoft product certifications.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Azure infrastructure and Windows Administration.
