Description

You will implement and consult on Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, delivering FastTrack projects and integrating CRM with ERP systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deliver FastTrack projects for Microsoft Business Applications.
• Integrate CRM with ERP systems and other data platforms.
• Build high-volume contact center applications including Portals, Mobile Apps, IVR, and Chatbots.
• Manage data migration to Microsoft CRM from legacy systems.
• Train teams on AI tools and core CRM features.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft CE (Customer Engagement) application implementations.
• 10+ years developing with .net, Javascript, Python, React, SSIS, and Reporting Services.
• 5+ years as a Microsoft Certified FastTrack Solution Architect for Business Applications.
• 2+ years experience with Azure AI services and Machine Learning in D365 CE.
• Strong experience with Dynamics Contact Center solutions.
• Expertise in building AI-driven solutions (Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, Copilot, Azure AI).
• Experience with CRM, Portals, Mobile Apps, and IVR.
• Understanding of Human-Centered Design principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft ADO Testing Module.
