Description

Responsibilities include:

Lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot-based business solutions.

Develop and implement AI-powered applications, conversational agents, and workflow automation using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services.

Design and manage integrations between Dynamics 365, Azure services, enterprise applications, APIs, and knowledge repositories.

Provide technical leadership for Dynamics 365 customization, C#/.NET development, JavaScript/TypeScript extensions, and CRM integrations.

Establish engineering best practices, including code quality, security, CI/CD, testing, governance, and application lifecycle management.

Mentor development teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and business-focused enterprise solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

15+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, enterprise application development, and technical solution delivery, including leadership responsibilities.

Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and enterprise-scale system integrations.

Strong development expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Azure services, REST APIs, GitHub, and Azure DevOps CI/CD practices
