Description

Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications and modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integration solutions using C# and .NET.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 components for Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
• Build and support SSRS reports and SQL-based solutions for data-driven insights.
• Troubleshoot production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework / .NET Core for plugin development.
• Experience with Dataverse, REST API development, and CRM configuration (business rules, ribbon customizations).
• Proficiency in SQL reporting, SSRS report development, and complex query writing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience extending CRM capabilities with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Azure integration services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.
