Description

You will design, develop, and implement complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, focusing on both technical and functional requirements. You will own the end-to-end delivery of these solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing client systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
• Implement business automation workflows using Power Platform and Power Automate.
• Update, extend, or migrate legacy client IT applications to integrate with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and clients to deliver CX technology services.
• Supervise junior team members and provide technical guidance during client engagements.

Required Skills

• Over 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Ability to design, build, test, and implement CRM solutions linked to external client systems.
• Proficiency in Power Platform and Power Automate for automation tasks.
• Experience with (Microsoft) Cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of Agile methods.
• Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Management, or a related IT field.
