Description

You will lead the implementation and customization of the Dynamics 365 Sales module for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 Sales modules.
• Conduct client workshops to gather requirements and map them to Dynamics capabilities.
• Customize entities, forms, business process flows, workflows, and plug-ins.
• Configure advanced sales features including lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Integrate CRM with third-party tools and internal systems.
• Develop solutions using JavaScript, Power Automate, custom workflows, and plug-ins.
• Provide technical documentation and post-deployment support.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with Power Automate.
• Ability to develop custom workflows and plug-ins.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering and client engagement.
• Ability to work independently to solve complex problems.
• Any Graduate degree.
