Description

Key Responsibilities:

 Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business

requirements.

 Develop and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, business process flows, and security

roles.

 Design and develop CRM Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and JavaScript customizations.

 Develop and maintain Power Pages portals integrated with Dynamics 365 CRM.

 Design and implement business process automation using Microsoft Power Automate.

 Develop custom integrations using .NET Core, C#, and Dynamics 365 Web API.

 Create and consume REST APIs to integrate Dynamics 365 with external applications.

 Develop client-side customizations using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.

 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM applications and integrations.

 Participate in solution design discussions and recommend best practices for CRM implementations.

 Perform unit testing, code reviews, and deployment activities.

 Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project

lifecycle.

 Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards and coding best practices
