Description

Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including entities, forms, workflows, plugins, and dashboards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage solutions using the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Create automation solutions for sales, service, and general business operations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, debug applications, and provide end-user support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and data modeling.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK, Web API, and Power Platform tools.
• Knowledge of Azure Services: Logic Apps, Service Bus, Data Factory, and Azure Functions.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for CRM solution deployments.
• Familiarity with GDPR and HIPAA compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
