Description

Lead technical design and architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Sales and Field Service modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design end-to-end D365 CRM solutions and integrations with external systems.
• Implement features using Dataverse, Plugins, Custom Workflows, and PCF controls.
• Build integrations via Power Platform, Azure Services, or custom APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in technical leadership or architecture roles.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Engagement modules.
• Proficiency in Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Strong development skills in C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure services: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
• Deep understanding of Dataverse and custom plugin development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Salesforce to Dynamics migrations.

Education: Any graduate degree.
