Description

Lead technical design and architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for Sales and Field Service modules.
• Design integrations between D365 CRM and external systems using Power Platform, Azure services, or custom APIs.
• Implement Dataverse, plugins, custom workflows, and PCF controls.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical roles.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement modules).
• Proficiency in Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure services: Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
• Experience with Dataverse, plugins, custom workflows, and PCF controls.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce to Dynamics migrations.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
