Description

Validate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functionalities, integrations, and business processes through manual and automated testing.

You will own the quality assurance lifecycle for CRM modules, ensuring stability across sales, service, and marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and technical design documents to create detailed test plans and scripts.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
• Validate CRM components including workflows, business process flows, security roles, and plugins.
• Perform API and backend validation using SQL queries and testing tools.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders in Agile ceremonies to track defects and improve test coverage.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of QA experience with a focus on CRM applications.
• Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules and business processes.
• Proficiency in manual testing, regression testing, and UAT support.
• Experience with automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent.
• API testing experience using Postman or SoapUI.
• Intermediate SQL knowledge for backend and data validation.
• Experience with test management tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, or TestRail.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification.
