Description

You will serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and administration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
• Integrate CRM systems with other business applications.
• Develop and implement web services using RESTful APIs and SOAP.
• Solve complex technical problems and perform analytical troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and administration.
• Proficiency with web services, including RESTful APIs and SOAP.
• Deep understanding of CRM system architecture and business application integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Graduate degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
