Description

Design and implement technical solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, focusing on Sales process automation and complex workflow logic.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and JavaScript for Dynamics 365.
• Build automated business processes using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Translate Sales process requirements into technical implementations.
• Ensure code quality and performance of CRM extensions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM architecture.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript for client-side customization.
• Extensive experience developing plugins and server-side workflows.
• Expertise in Microsoft Power Automate for process automation.
• Proven track record in Sales process configuration and logic.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex enterprise Sales workflows.
• Background in full-stack CRM development.
