Description

Lead the design, development, and architecture of customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. You will guide the technical direction of the team while owning the full lifecycle from coding to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Dynamics CRM solutions, including technical frameworks and integrations.
• Develop, test, and deliver CRM Portals and Power App portals using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.
• Write and maintain Dynamics CRM Plugins, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Create technical design documentation, user training materials, and testing reports.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to the development team.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in technical leadership or architectural roles.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server for data management.
• Expertise in writing Dynamics CRM Plugins.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML design for portal development.
• Experience with PowerApps and MS Power BI for data visualization.
• Familiarity with MS Cloud solutions and Azure DevOps.
• Strong Field Service experience within the Dynamics ecosystem.
