Description

You will lead the design and implementation of complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and enterprise data integration pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build Dynamics 365 CE solutions for Sales and Customer Service, including configuration and custom development.
• Design and maintain robust data integration pipelines using REST, GraphQL, and Supergraph with full observability and error handling.
• Ingest and process data from AWS Data Lake, S3, CDP, and Enterprise Databases using CDC, batch, and real-time event-driven patterns.
• Develop secure Dataverse data models, plugins, custom actions, and APIs.
• Implement orchestration strategies for complex data workflows.

Required Skills

• 7–10+ years of enterprise application development experience.
• 3+ years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM (Sales and/or Customer Service).
• 4+ years of experience in data integration and pipeline engineering.
• Strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and CRM engineering principles.
• Experience with Dataverse data modeling and security.
• Proven ability to handle REST, GraphQL, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with data ingestion from AWS, S3, and CDP sources.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Background in Supergraph implementations.
