Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Work with technical and project teams to identify software/application requirements
• Maintain requirements documentation, change requests, and gap analysis reports
• Support project management processes, documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Prepare business cases for software development and migration initiatives
• Collaborate with business, clinical, quality, and utilization teams
• Review current system data structures and model new structures based on operational requirements
• Perform legacy data mapping and migration analysis
• Create test cases and document testing outcomes

Required Skills

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Development

• 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and custom code
• Strong experience with Dynamics 2016/365 CRM and O365 platform integrations
• Experience with SharePoint integration
• Expertise in Dynamics CRM customization using:
  • C#.NET
  • JavaScript
  • HTML
  • SQL Server
• Hands-on experience with:
  • XrmToolBox
  • Plug-ins
  • Ribbon Workbench
  • Scripting
  • Form creation
• Experience with CRM APIs, REST/ODATA services, and SOAP endpoints
• Experience creating and registering custom add-ins using C#
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM data model
• Extensive experience designing, creating, configuring, and customizing Dynamics 2016/365 CRM solutions
• Expertise in:
  • Business Process Flows (BPFs)
  • OOB workflows
  • Custom workflows
  • Forms
  • Views
  • Reports
• Experience configuring:
  • Business Units
  • Security Groups
  • Teams
  • Roles
  • Web Roles
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Operations modules
• SSRS reporting experience
• Troubleshooting Dynamics CRM performance and system issues
• Experience creating documentation, KT documents, and FAQs
