Description

You will own the full lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, from gathering business requirements and performing gap analysis to developing custom configurations and migrating legacy data.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements, including change requests and gap analysis.
• Design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions using C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server.
• Perform legacy data mapping, migration analysis, and model new data structures.
• Create test cases, document testing outcomes, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Develop custom add-ins, plugins, and integrations with O365, SharePoint, and CRM APIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and custom code.
• Strong expertise in C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server.
• Experience with Dynamics 2016/365 CRM, O365 platform integrations, and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in XrmToolBox, Plug-ins, Ribbon Workbench, and scripting.
• Experience with CRM APIs, REST/ODATA services, and SOAP endpoints.
• Ability to design Business Process Flows, workflows, forms, views, and reports.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Operations modules.
• SSRS reporting and portal development configuration.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM best practices and relational data modeling.
