Description

You will provision, develop, and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform through configuration and custom development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement relational data models, entities, workflows, and business process flows within Dynamics CRM.
• Collaborate with business users to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver design documentation.
• Develop custom applications using the xRM framework and implement integrations via web services.
• Troubleshoot CRM errors and performance issues while maintaining technical documentation and FAQs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development.
• 2+ years of experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and custom code.
• Proficiency in C#.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server for CRM customizations.
• Experience with CRM API, web services (REST/ODATA), and SOAP endpoints.
• Hands-on experience with XrmToolBox, plug-ins, ribbon workbench, and scripting.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 2016/365 data models and O365 integration, including SharePoint.
• Expertise in Business Process Flows (BPFs), out-of-the-box workflows, and custom workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Azure DevOps for development lifecycle management.
