Description

Develop and customize AI-powered solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, integrating Azure OpenAI and Copilot Studio to enhance business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy custom AI conversational agents and enhance the Microsoft Copilot experience using Copilot Studio.
• Integrate D365 with Azure OpenAI, cognitive services, and external knowledge bases, optimizing performance through prompt engineering.
• Customize forms, solutions, sitemaps, ribbons, and navigation maps within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPF) using C#, JavaScript, and the XRM model.
• Integrate D365 with Azure services via Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Web APIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and customization.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C#, JavaScript, and ASP.NET.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and integrating AI capabilities within D365.
• Strong understanding of generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and topic configuration.
• Experience with GitHub or git-based source control.
• Proficiency in handling forms, sub-grids, web resources, iframes, and ribbon customization.
• Experience with CRM Portal development and Agile processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, or Microsoft AI SDKs.
• Experience with OData calls through JavaScript.
