Description

You will lead the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation lifecycle, including configuration, customization, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop functional project artifacts such as solution designs, use cases, user stories, and process definitions.
• Define solution requirements for complex, multiple-entity environments involving various agencies and business partners.
• Perform analysis and design for large-scale systems integration projects.
• Drive tasks to completion independently while participating in strategic planning activities.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Proven track record with at least two full Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, Online) and cloud-based CRM solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM concepts including configuration and workflow.
• Experience working within formal SDLCs using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project tracking tools.
• Experience using Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong technical writing skills for requirements definitions and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Portals for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Experience with Unified Service Desk for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
