Description

You will design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 and CRM solutions, handling integrations, customizations, and data migration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirement gathering, gap fit analysis, and solution design for Dynamics 365 projects.
• Develop and configure plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources to extend CRM functionality.
• Build integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, LOB), MS Outlook, SharePoint, and O365 using Web APIs and messaging tools like NServiceBus.
• Execute data migration using Scribe, SSIS, or similar tools and manage AD synchronization.
• Create out-of-the-box and custom SSRS reports, and configure CRM security models.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total experience with 3+ years in Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
• Strong expertise in .NET, C#, WCF, SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CRM Web API (OData/REST), and custom scripting.
• Experience with MS Dynamics CRM Online, including entities, workflows, and configurations.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and Service Management.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of CRM 2013/2015 best practices and deployment aspects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java and Project Management.
• Exposure to Java-scripting and installation aspects of Dynamics CRM.
