Description

Build, configure, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for enterprise systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solution configurations, including gap fit analysis and requirement gathering.
• Develop custom plugins, workflow activities, and web resources to extend CRM functionality.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external enterprise systems (ERP, LOB) using REST/SOAP APIs and messaging frameworks like NServiceBus.
• Execute data migration strategies using tools such as Scribe or SSIS.
• Create custom OOB and SSRS reports, managing CRM security models and business process flows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 (Entities, Workflows, Configuration).
• Strong core .NET expertise, specifically WCF, SQL Server, and SSRS.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, OData/REST, and CRM Web API for client-side customization.
• Experience with ETL and data migration tools (SSIS, Scribe).
• Knowledge of integrations with MS Outlook, SharePoint, Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Functional understanding of Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and Service Management.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java integration or Core Java knowledge.
• Project management capabilities and strong communication skills.
