Description

You will design, configure, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for enterprise clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering, gap fit analysis, and solution design for Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Develop custom plugins, workflow activities, and web resources to extend CRM functionality.
• Build and maintain integrations with ERP, LOB, MS Outlook, SharePoint, and O365 systems using Web APIs and messaging services.
• Manage data migration using Scribe, SSIS, or similar tools, and configure security models.
• Create out-of-the-box and custom SSRS reports, and handle deployment and administration tasks.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in .NET development, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
• Deep expertise in C#, JavaScript, OData/REST Web API, and CRM Web Resources.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and WCF.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, including NServiceBus, SOAP, and REST services.
• Proficiency in configuring Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and Service Management modules.
• Hands-on experience with AD synchronization and O365 administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java-based integrations or backend services.
• Proven track record in full-lifecycle Dynamics 365 deployments.
