Description

You will design, build, and manage business applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement CRM solutions, including web portals and online applications, to meet business objectives.
• Customize system elements such as forms, views, dashboards, charts, and entity properties.
• Configure business rules, workflows, business process flows, and custom actions.
• Manage complex deployments, configurations, and the integration of Dynamics CRM with existing infrastructure.
• Translate business use cases into actionable user stories and provide technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in CRM development and architecture.
• Expertise in MS Dynamics 365.
• Hands-on experience managing Dynamics 365 entities, relationships, and field-level security.
• Proficiency in configuring business rules, workflows, and business process flows.
• Experience designing form structures, sub-grids, and mobile client implementations.
• Ability to manage system, public, and personal views and visualizations.
• Skill in creating and managing complex solution components and imports/exports.
• Strong analytical skills for researching and resolving reported system issues.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
